Inclement Weather: If we have to cancel a session due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, don’t worry—we’ll reschedule it for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in the same or following weeks.
Refunds & Credits: While we don’t offer refunds for unused sessions, you can request registration credits equal to the missed session’s value. Credits are valid for one year, so just contact us before signing up for a future session to redeem them.
